ESL - Exact Shape Lamination

The 3CON ESL process is an advancement of the integrated press lamination and edge wrapping process. This method offers the ultimate solution for the highest quality and efficiency requirements. The ESL system impresses with precise contour cutting and a servo-controlled gripper system, which applies the decorative material to the substrate with utmost accuracy during the press lamination process. Immediately thereafter, the decor is folded using an integrated wrapping slide.

Additionally, the system offers maximum flexibility in terms of decor, as various materials (fabrics, foils) with different physical properties can be processed in a single tool.

The ESL process is also excellently suited for processing TPO and PVC foils, making it a very good alternative to IMG and vacuum lamination.
