ULTRASONIC WELDING

The ultrasonic welding process 3CON USONIC is used for welding components, preferably with flexible robot applications. It can also be used in the cassette construction. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between 3CON products and various third-party brands when selecting the generators and converters. The feed units developed by our company feature high efficient cooling systems, PLC controlled and monitored generators and complete quality documentation and are included in the 3CON standard equipment for the ultrasonic welding process. To guarantee the shortest commissioning times, we use robot simulation programmes and 3D scanners.

The following options are available as a system concept:

• Free-standing riveting system without tool change 
• Free-standing FLEXXMAX MTP System with tool change and optional sliding table and turntable
• Integrated into the FLEXXLINE MT Assembly Line
