Currently, 23 apprentices are taking part in the apprenticeship program in our brand-new, modernly-equipped apprentice workshop at our headquarters in Ebbs in electrical engineering, metals technology and mechatronics. The future young professionals contribute significantly to 3CON’s success. That is why we place the utmost importance on providing them with an excellent apprenticeship. Upon successful completion, each young technician can look forward to an unlimited employment contract – a working relationship that stands for solidarity, job security and a good income. And not to be forgotten: you work at a company that is one of the most successful and innovative companies in manufacturing interior production machines for automobiles worldwide. This means the tasks are and remain versatile and exciting.

The 3CON apprenticeship training supervisors are always available to provide advice and support to the young stars and guide them throughout their educational and vocational apprenticeship. Our apprentices also benefit from additional services during their vocational training: Social skills training, push-trainings (maths, English, German), preparatory courses for the final apprenticeship examination, forklift operating license (age 18 and over), team building events, casual just-for-fun events, delicious lunches for approx. €3.50 in our exceptional company catering facility, KULINARICON, and much more.
