INACTIVATION STEPS
1. Load Recipe

2. Prepare Assembly

- ID-Scanner
- (Sterile consumables: aseptic connection to the sterile single-use plasma unit)
3. Integrity Test
- Pressure test to ensure the integrity of the assembly
- E-pinch valves to control the outlet after each bag
4. Plasma Treatment
- Sterile air flows through the patented plasma generator
- Ionized air targeting RNases flows into the assembly/single-use equipment
- 10 - 25 minutes, depending on the material to be treated
5. Quality Control
- Controlled inactivation of RNases by monitoring treatment parameters of each container
- Plasma unit power
- Plasma intensity measurement
- Airflow control of each plasma unit
- Airflow control of each bag

6. RNase-free
